• All bookings are subject to photographer availability.
• Payments are non-refundable unless canceled by WebMoVisuals.
• Clients arriving late may lose shooting time.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the session.
• Edited photos will be delivered within the stated turnaround time.
• WebMoVisuals reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• By booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies.
